The Opportunity

As Person in Charge, you will lead one of our residential services, ensuring residents receive outstanding support while maintaining full compliance with HIQA regulations and national standards.

More importantly, you will become part of our senior leadership team and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the organisation.

This role offers significant autonomy and visibility, with direct access to executive leadership and involvement in organisational development.

- Responsibilities :

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the designated centre.
  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred services that promote dignity, rights, independence, and quality of life.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health Act 2007, HIQA Regulations, and national standards.
  • Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing staff team.
  • Lead governance, quality improvement, safeguarding, and risk management.
  • Prepare the service for inspections while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic projects as the organisation expands.
